About EverydayRank

We lead with Walmart because that's where the math is best.

Most agencies are Amazon shops that added Walmart as a line item. We built EverydayRank the other way around — Walmart-first, because the competition gap there is the cheapest growth available to US brands right now.

Why Walmart-first

Amazon is a knife fight. Roughly 1.9 million active sellers, rising ad costs, and a ranking algorithm that punishes anything less than excellent. It's a great channel — but it's a hard place to start.

Walmart is the opposite asymmetry. About 13× fewer active sellers, meaningfully cheaper ad clicks, and a marketplace investing hard to attract third-party brands. The ranking levers are knowable and the competition is light. For a brand already doing real numbers on Amazon, moving to Walmart is the highest-leverage thing they're not doing.

But Walmart isn't a smaller Amazon. The Polaris algorithm weighs different signals. The ad platform is Walmart Connect, not Sponsored Brands. Fulfillment runs on WFS with its own 2-day badge math. Treating it like Amazon is exactly why most brands stall. So we don't.

Sri Lanka → US brands

We're a lean, operator-led team based in Sri Lanka, serving US brands in USD. That structure is deliberate: senior operators on every account mean lower cost than a US agency and far higher quality than an offshore generalist.

You're not handed off to a junior account manager. The people who grew True Organic into a top-ranked Walmart Spices seller and built a $710K+ Amazon brand are the people working on your listings.

  • Specific over vague

Real numbers and real Walmart mechanics. If we can't tie it to ranking or revenue, we don't pitch it.

  • Earned, not promised

Risk-reversal on the audit, profit-share on management. You pay for outcomes, not slideware.

  • Operators, not vendors

We've built and ranked brands ourselves. We talk to you like the founder you are.

The people who'll actually run your account

Not a faceless agency. Two operators who've done this.

Most Walmart agencies hide behind "our team of experts." Here's exactly who you're working with.

Tharindu Shalitha

Founder & CEO

As Key Account Manager for True Organic — a leading US organic-spices brand — he grew its Walmart business to one of the top sellers in the Spices category. Lives in Polaris, Walmart Connect, and WFS — this is his home platform, not a side quest.

Shan Minol Fernando

Co-Founder & Amazon Lead

Built Tropical Goodness (Ceylon organic spices) past $710K in total Amazon US sales — $564K in Year 1 alone — from sourcing to ranking to ads. Now applying that operator playbook to Walmart, where the asymmetry is biggest.
