Websites built for gutter cleaning.

Someone searching for gutter cleaning is usually reacting to an overflowing gutter in the last big rain, or being sensible ahead of winter. Either way, safety and reliability matter more to them than price alone, because you are getting up on their roof. We build your website first, from what is already public about you, and then give it to you. It costs nothing to have and nothing to keep.

What people are actually searching for

“Gutter cleaning [suburb]”, “spouting cleared near me”: some of this is urgent (water coming over the edge right now), and some is a seasonal booking before winter. Both kinds of searcher are quietly checking whether you look safe to have on their roof.

That changes what the website is for. It is there so someone can see, fast, the towns you cover, whether you are insured, and a phone number that gets answered — not a design award.

The trust signal most gutter cleaning websites leave out

There is no licence for gutter cleaning, so the two things that actually reassure a homeowner are public liability insurance and evidence that you work safely at height. Naming both plainly, rather than leaving them to assume, is the trust signal most competitors skip.

Most people booking gutter cleaning have never met the person coming to their house. A clear statement of how you work safely, and that you are insured if anything goes wrong, does more than a paragraph about your company history.

What it costs

Nothing. We build the page from what is already public about your business and send you the link. If you want it, we put it live and you pay us nothing for it. There is no card, no trial, and no fee that starts later. It sits at an address of ours, not your own domain name, and it carries one line at the bottom saying we built it.

It asks one thing of you. Once a year we send one message asking whether the details are still right, and two reminders over the month after it. If we cannot reach you, the page comes down — a page with your name and a wrong phone number on it is worse for you than no page at all. It also comes down when you ask, for any reason or none, within five New Zealand working days at the latest, and we will not ask you why.

The only thing you can pay for is changes made for you. You message us a new price, new hours, a holiday closure or a photo of the new van, and we make the change, within five New Zealand working days at the latest. That is NZ$299 for the year, and it includes your own domain name registered in your business name and email on it. No monthly fee, no minimum term, and it does not renew itself. No GST is added. The full terms are here.

If somebody else would suit you better — and for plenty of gutter cleaning businesses they would — we have listed every option we could find, with the price each company publishes on its own site: who should build your website.

Built from what is already public

We build the first version of your page from your Google Business Profile, your Facebook page, and anything else already public about your business, then send you the link. You look at it before anything happens. If you do not want it we take it down, you owe nothing, and we will not contact you about it again.

If you have not claimed your Google Business Profile yet, It matters even more for a gutter cleaner than for many trades, because the job itself is a stranger climbing onto someone’s roof, and safety is the actual thing being judged, not just price. The walkthrough is here: how to claim your Google Business Profile in New Zealand.

Being straight with you: we build and host the website, not your Google Business Profile, because that needs a verified New Zealand address and we are not in New Zealand. The walkthrough above covers the whole process yourself; it takes about twenty minutes and it is free.

Common questions

Should my gutter cleaning website mention insurance and safety?

Yes. There is no licence for this trade, so public liability insurance and a plain statement about working safely at height are the two things that actually reassure a homeowner before they let you on their roof.

What should a gutter cleaning website actually say?

The towns you cover, whether you are insured, how you work safely at height, and a phone number that gets answered. That matters more than a paragraph about your company history.

Does this work for spouting repairs too?

Yes. Gutter cleaning and spouting repairs sit close enough together in how people search and book that the same page structure works for both.

I already have a Facebook page. Do I need a website as well?

For a lot of trades, a Facebook page covers most of what people need day to day. What it does not do well is show up when someone searches your trade and town on Google rather than on Facebook, and it can look less permanent to someone checking you out before they call. We wrote the comparison up properly here: Facebook page or website, for a New Zealand trade business. If you are not showing up in a search at all — not even for your own business name — here is why, in the order it usually happens.

How fast can I see mine?

Send us your business name and the town. We will tell you honestly whether we can build one, and if we can, we email you the link to look at. There is nothing to pay at any point for the page itself.

Not a gutter cleaner? See the same approach for plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, landscapers, auto electricians, painters, plasterers, scaffolders, fencing contractors, gardeners and lawn care businesses, handyman businesses, tilers, concreters, pest control businesses, locksmiths and glaziers.

Ask us to build yours.

Send us your business name and the town. We will tell you honestly whether we can build one — this is one person, so we cannot build for everyone who asks. Either way there is nothing to pay.
